Lisa McCabe is the Owner and Creative Director of Black Velvet Weddings & Events. As a nationally accredited Wedding Planner, Lisa came to
develop BVW&E due to the growing need to combat the high end costs generally associated with Weddings and Special Events.
Lisa believes that the words affordable and budget don't have to mean cheap and nasty. But that equipped with her professional expertise and invaluable contacts within the Wedding Industry she can save you hundreds, even thousands of dollars. At BVW&E our focus is on the WOW factor without the OUCH price tag!

Time
is a very important factor in pulling such an event together. Given
that it takes approximately 250 hours to plan a wedding, there is no
time to waste. So let BVW&E take on this responsibility and
give yourself the opportunity to enjoy the romance and true meaning of
the occasion. All you need to do is sample cake, taste champagne and

effective options. We are happy to work with either your chosen
services or our own preferred suppliers. BVW&E does not take
commissions from other services, but is committed to securing value for
money. The savings are then passed directly on to you so that you can be sure to have the best for less.
Personalised Service
BVW&E
is a mobile service and we are happy to meet with you either in the comfort of your own home, or your
preferred location. Our professional staff also offer unlimited phone
and email consultations, meaning that our clients can get the
specialised attention that they deserve. We do not however, commit to
more than one wedding on any given day, and no more than four functions
per month, so that you can be sure to receive our undivided attention.
