1. When should I book a consultation?
As soon as you can. Regardless of whether you are getting married in a couple of
months or a couple of years, arrange a consultation now and we will work with
you to help you to achieve your dream day. Just remember that the industry
standard is approximately 250 hours to plan a wedding. This includes research,
planning, booking and finalising every detail.
2. If I book a consultation am I obliged to sign a contract?
No. The initial 1 hour consultation is merely an opportunity for you to determine if
our services will meet your needs. The first hour is free. If additional time is
required, the second hour is charged at our standard consultation rate of $50.00
per hour and is guaranteed to provide you with value for money. However, at the
end of the consultation should you wish to proceed with our services, a Service
Agreement will be available for your perusal.
3. Who makes the final decisions?
The final decision is always yours. We will provide you with options, liaise with
vendors on your behalf and consult with you on a regular basis, however, as this
is your day, the final word is always yours.
4. We are on a tight budget. Can you help us?
Yes. Affordable luxury for every occasion is our specialty. Our friendly staff will
work with you to develop a cost effective budget and work within the parameters
of your finances. By exercising clever cost cutting measures, you will save
hundreds of dollars and still have a fabulous event.
5. I want to have something a little different. Can you help?

celebration with belly dancers and camel rides, BVW&E can assist with helping
