At Black Velvet Weddings & Events, our level of involvement in your special day is ultimately determined by you. Our services include:

CONSULTATION ONLY

If you are simply looking for ideas and a little direction, but ultimately want to take charge of your own arrangements, then BVW&E can assist with a minimum one hour consultation. The first hour is free! If you like what you see and hear, the second hour and all repeat consultations are charged at $50.00 per hour GST inclusive. All fees are to be paid at the conclusion of the consultation. N.B. Cash, Cheque and Eftpos facilities are available for your convenience.

ON THE DAY ATTENDANCE

If all your arrangements have been made, but you are seeking a professional to ensure that everything goes according to plan, then BVW&E can assist with a VIP Personalized Itinerary and Timeline. Our staff will also be in attendance throughout the day, from hair and make-up to Ceremony and Reception, to take care of all those last minute details. Cost is $50.00 per hour for a minimum of 8 hours GST inclusive. A deposit of $200.00 is required within two weeks of making the initial booking. Payment is to be finalized at least two weeks prior to the wedding / event.

FULL OR PARTIAL WEDDING PLANNING

Your personal Coordinator will take care of everything! You only have to make the final decisions on your favourite recommendations. BVW&E will source all quotes and liaise with suppliers on your behalf. Your Coordinator will work with you within the parameters of your budget and will also be in attendance on the day, to act as your personal assistant and deal with the unexpected. For 10% of the total cost of your wedding, you will be able to step back, relax and really enjoy your special day. A deposit of $500.00 is required within two weeks of the confirmed booking before any services can be commenced. Final payment must be made two weeks prior to the wedding date.
